1. All return requests must be made within 30 Days your package has been delivered.
2. We will gladly exchange an item that has manufacturer's defects or misdelivery of order.
3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Guidelines
Returns are valid within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping charges are to be paid for by the customer. Any discounts received on your original purchase will be recalculated when the return is processed. Refunds exclude any shipping charges incurred.
Return Process
To return an item, please email Customer Service: support@klisbeauty.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization #
Upon receipt of your request, we will send you an authorization number and instructions on where/how to return the item(s).
Please be sure to include the following information:
- Include a copy of the RMA form
- A copy of your invoice
- Write the RMA # on outside of the box
Once we receive your package, we will process an exchange or issue a refund*** in accordance with this policy. Refunds*** will be made in the form of the original payment. Takes at least 2 weeks to fully process refund***
